Copy Editing:
Our editing service focuses on improving grammar, spelling, punctuation, capitalization, structure and continuity. Having an experienced person read your manuscript insures that there are no gaps in your written manuscript; the reader should be able to clearly understand your work.

Interior Page Layout:
Soar Publishing carefully formats your manuscript to ensure uniformity. Not only should the content be concise, the interior of the book should have great eye appeal.

We can help the look and design of your book by choosing illustrations that will further engage your reader.

Color Illustrations:
Most illustrations are produced by computer. If you have hand drawn illustrations, they will need to be converted by using a scanning process. The resolution should be high enough to produce a quality picture. Soar can help you with that process or if you don't have illustrations we can help with that as well. Soar contracts with outside vendors who supply an array of art for our customers. We consult with you to make sure we understand the type illustrations you want for your book and then we set out to find the illustrator most suited for the job. You may help with the selection process by reviewing the artist's sample work before we hire! This keeps you in control of the look you desire for your book. Cover Design:
At Soar, all of our covers are custom designed. We consult with each client to ensure the cover captures the essence of the book. The exterior of the books are carefully created to be both eye appealing and they must meet book store standards.

Copyright page:
Your copyright page is written by Soar Publishing at no additional cost to you.

US Copyright:
If you do not have a copyright for your work, we will supply you with the application. Copyrights give you copy protection against infringements. You need not have your work completed to be protected. The copyright notice which appears in your book should include the name of the owner of the work, the year of the first publication and the word copyright or the copyright symbol.

Library of Congress Catalogue Number:
The PCN or preassigned Control Number program is to enable the Library of Congress to assign control numbers in advance of publication to those titles that may be added to the Library's collections. The publisher prints the control number in the book and thereby facilitates cataloging and other book processing activities. Soar Publishing will apply for your books PCN number for you as a part of your publishing process.

ISBN Number:
Your books ISBN number is a worldwide bar code format called a Bookland EAN (European Article Number). This code is used in bookstores and shops to scan at checkout. Your book's ISBN number will be provided by Soar Publishing.

* The above items can be designed to match your book's cover. Uniformanity is important when you begin to market your book. You may request these items before your book prints if you and your illustrator have made a final decision on your cover.
